About Us
What is a CDRE™? A Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert is a highly successful Realtor that must qualify for the CDRE designation. They must be licensed for a minimum of 3 years, have at least 45 transactions and be in good standing. In addition, they go through a rigorous interview and application process in which only 11% of the applicants are accepted. CDREs are specially trained Realtors who have undergone an extensive program, training them to work with attorneys and divorcing parties while handling the real estate portion of the case.
We educate them on how to build their business in divorce real estate.
